摘要
山东出入境检验检疫局针对系统内外系统应用和数据不断增长的局面,利用大数据技术,开展了大数据模式下多源数据交换机制的研究,解决了各个系统间的数据交换需求,提出了"统一标准、统一接口、统一平台"的数据交换服务机制,运用EDI、VAN、WEB和XML等技术建立了统一的数据交换平台,并能实现对内对外数据交换及数据展示等服务,在技术上制定了数据交换的接口标准及数据元等规范。数据交换平台及标准化应用研究,将会进一步促进检验检疫内务、业务及服务三大平台、数据应用中心、移动门户等整体发展,更好地推进山东电子口岸信息化和通关便利化建设。
Aiming at the situation of the system application and data growing situation, Shandong Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau carried out the research on multi-source data exchange mechanism of big data model, to address the requirements of the exchange between the various systems data, puts forward the ‘one standard, one interface, one platform' for data exchange service mechanism, sets up a unified data exchange platform by using EDI, VAN, WEB and XML technology, realizes the service for internal and external data exchange and data display, and develops a data exchange interface and standard data element specification. Research on the application platform and the data exchange standard will further promote the inspection and quarantine administration, business and service three platform, data center, mobile application portal overall development, to better promote the informatization of Shandong electronic port and customs clearance facilitation construction.
