摘要
本文通过确立3大概念、明晰3个区别、摸清发展国情,建立国家适老辅具的福利体系,总结我国适老辅具发展取得的成就,指出适老辅具存在的发展不平衡不充分问题,提出到2020年、2035年以及本世纪中叶的阶段性发展目标。分别阐述了适老辅具、适老辅助技术、适老环境在养老护理中的应用理念,强调创新引领、优化供给,不断推进新时代适老辅具事业发展。
The welfare system of assistive aids for the elderly shall be established by defining the three concepts, clarifying the three differences and exploring the development of the national conditions. The paper summarizes the development achievements of national assistive aids for the elderly, points out the existing problems of unbalance and insufficiency, and proposes the development goals by 2020, 2035 and the middle of this century respectively. The paper describes the concepts of assistive aids for the elderly, elderly assistive technology in nursing care, suitable environment for the elderly, and also emphasizes innovation and optimized supply to continuously promote the development of assistive aids for the elderly in the new era.
