摘要
本文通过对我国快递行业特征及标准现状的梳理,依据标准体系构建原则,提出采用"5M1E+I"快递行业标准体系的构建方法,系统构建了快递标准体系框架,并逐层分析体系主要内容,提出相应对策建议,旨在为我国快递行业的迅猛发展提供一定的技术参考。
According to the construction principles of standard system, this paper puts forward a method of ＂ 5M1E＋1＂ for the construction of express industry standard system based on the characteristics and standard status of express industry, defines the framework, key content and suggestion in order to provide valuable reference for the rapid development of the express industry.
