摘要
欧洲ECE R129是用于儿童约束系统的测试法规,R129相比老版本的R44增加了儿童约束系统侧面碰撞试验的要求。本文以加速度台车作为基础,利用铝蜂窝在碰撞过程中溃缩吸能的特点,建立测试方案;分析R129法规要求的侧面碰撞车门与座椅相对速度曲线通道,并结合铝蜂窝进行实际调试、验证,最终实现了R129法规中侧碰相对速度曲线的要求。这对加速度台车实现R129儿童约束系统侧面碰撞试验的相对速度曲线提供了有效的方案,也为儿童约束系统测试的深入研究提供了经验。
ECE R129 is a regulation used for child restraint system testing, which includes new rules about lateral impact compared to ECE R44. This article uses aluminum honeycomb's characteristic to absorb kinetic energy during crash to set a test scheme based on acceleration sled, analyzes the relative velocity curve channel of car door and seat, tests and validates the aluminum honeycomb, and finally realizes the requirements of lateral impact relative velocity in the ECE R129. It provides effective methods for the relative velocity curve of lateral impact in child restraint system according to ECE R129, and also provide reference for the further research into the child restraint system test.
