UPLC-Q-TOF-MS同时测定天王补心片中丹参的主要成分

Simultaneous Determination of Four Components of Tianwangbuxin Tables by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS

目的建立同时测定天王补心片中丹参的4种主要成分(丹参酮Ⅱ_A、隐丹参酮、丹酚酸B及丹参酮Ⅰ)的UPLC-Q-TOF-MS检测方法。方法采用Waters Acquity BEH C_(18)(50mm×2.1mm,1.7μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-甲酸-水体系梯度洗脱,体积流量:0.4ml·min^(-1),质谱正、负离子模式扫描,进样量:2.0μl。结果 4种成分在一定范围内均呈现良好线性关系;精密度、重复性和稳定性良好;加样回收率在99%~101%。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、快速,重复性好,可用于天王补心片中丹参酮Ⅱ_A、隐丹参酮、丹酚酸B及丹参酮Ⅰ的定量测定。

Objective To develop a UPLC-Q-TOF-MS method for the determination of four components（tanshinoneⅡA,cryptotanshinone,salvianolic acid B,and tanshinoneⅠ）in Tianwangbuxintablets.Methods The analysis was performed on a Waters Acquity BEH C18 column（50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm）with the mixture of acetonitrile-water-formic acid as the mobile phase,and at a flow rate of 0.4 ml·min^-1.MS scanning was performed in both a positive and negative mode.Sample volume was 2.0μl.Results The linear relationships between the concentration and peak areas of the seven compounds were all good.The average recovery（n =6）was between 99%and 101%.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable for determination of the four contents in Tianwangbuxintablets.
