品管圈活动在提高肺癌患者静脉化疗途径选择正确率中的应用

Application of quality control circle in improving the correct rate of intravenous chemotherapy path selection in lung cancer patients

目的探讨品管圈活动在肿瘤内科提高肺癌患者静脉化疗途径选择正确率中的应用。方法成立品管圈小组，确立“提高患者静脉化疗途径选择的正确率”为活动主题，通过现况调查、目标设定、原因分析、对策拟定等环节，应用品管原则实施各项对策。观察活动前后静脉化疗的途径选择情况以及患者对静脉化疗途径选择的依从性。统计每名圈员在活动前后8个方面能力的提高情况。结果开展品管圈活动后，患者静脉化疗途径选择的正确率由原来的38．14％上升到58．74％（P〈0．05），进步率54．01％；患者对静脉化疗途径选择完全依从例数所占比例由原来的79．52％上升到93．97％（P〈0．05）。圈员8项能力提高14．71％。80．77％。结论应用品管圈活动对静脉化疗途径选择进行管理和监控，可以有效提高静脉化疗途径选择的正确率，保障患者静脉化疗安全。

Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle （QCC）management tool on improving the correct rate of intravenous chemotherapy path selection in lung cancer patients in Ontology Department. Methods QCC group was set up and the activity theme was established as ＂improving the correct rate of intravenous chemotherapy path selection in lung cancer patients＂. The whole process consisted of status investigation, goal setting, cause analysis and countermeasures implemented according to quality control principle. The choice of intravenous chemotherapy path before and after QCC activity and patients＇ compliance to the choice of intravenous chemotherapy path were observed. In addition, 8 aspects abilities＇improvement of every member in the QCC group were investigated before and after the activity. Results After carrying out QCC, the correct rate of the path choice for intravenous chemotherapy of lung cancer patients increased from 38.14%% to 58.74% （P 〈 0.05）, and the progress rate was 54.01%. The proportion of patients＇ full compliance increased to 93.97% from 79.52% （P 〈 0.05）. The QCC members＇ 8 aspects abilities improved by 14.71% to 80.77%. Conclusions Applying QCC in managing and monitoring the intravenous chemotherapy path selection can effectively improve the correct rate of path choice, so as to ensure patients＇ safety in intravenous chemotherapy.
