重症超声在ICU患者胸部物理治疗中的应用进展

Application progress of critical care ultrasonograph in chest physiotherapy of intensive care unit patients

通过检索近几年国内外超声在ICU患者肺部评估及胸部物理治疗的相关研究，从胸部物理治疗效果评价的护理进展、肺部超声的概述、重症超声在胸部物理治疗中的应用现状、超声主导的目标导向性胸部物理治疗、护士应用超声的可行性等方面进行综述，以期为重症医务人员提供参考依据。

By searching recent related researches about ultrasound pulmonary assessment in intensive care unit （ICU）patients and chest physiotherapy domestically and abroad, it reviewed the nursing progress of chest physiotherapy effect evaluation, the overview of lung uhrasound, the application of critical ultrasound in chest physiotherapy, ultrasound guided target chest physiotherapy and the feasibility of nurses＇ applying ultrasouncl, in order to provide reference for critical medical staff.
