摘要 近些年来,国内铁路运输发展迅猛,但中国幅员极其辽阔,人口基数巨大,铁路运输压力长久存在。且节假日人口流动量胜于往常,特别是春节期间,人口迁徙量庞大,列车超员问题也一直无法解决。列车超员严重影响了铁路运行的效率,同时作为超员乘客的用户体验也极差。本文基于服务设计理念,通过文献阅读,调研分析,提出了应对基于现有列车结构的列车超员问题的五大原则。分别是尊严原则、空间优化原则、自助原则、便捷性原则、人机工程学原则。通过服务的设计来缓解列车超员带来的问题。 In recent years, the domestic railway transportation has developed rapidly, but China has a vast territory and a huge population. The pressure of railway transportation will exists for a long time. The flow of population on holidays is more frequent than usual, especially during the Spring Festival, so that the overcrowding problem of trains has been unable to solve. Train overcrowding seriously affects the efficiency of railway operation, and the user experience is also very poor for passengers. This paper, based on the concept of service design, put forward to five principles of train overcrowding problems based on the structure of the existing train through reading literature, investigation and analysis. They are the principle of dignity, space optimization, self-help, convenience, ergonomics. We can through the service design to alleviate the problems caused by overcrowding of trains.
