摘要
贴片机横梁结构的动态性能是影响贴片机贴装精度的重要因素之一。对拱架式贴片机的横梁结构进行研究,根据载荷特性、电机动子直线运动特性和横梁运动特性,对横梁进行了瞬态动力学分析,结果显示,横梁结构运动过程中最大形变为12.5μm,在允许的范围之内。在此基础上,基于正交惩罚材料密度法(SIMP)对横梁进行了拓扑优化设计和结构改进设计,改进后的横梁结构质量减少了8.2%,横梁运动过程中结构的最大形变为9.4μm,可以同时满足贴片机的使用要求和轻量化要求,也验证了拓扑优化方法的合理性,为横梁的进一步结构设计提供了依据。
The beam of the placement machine is one of the important factors that affect the placement accuracy of the surface mounted device.Taking the beam of surface mounted device as object,it defines the load characteristics,analyzes the linear motion characteristics of the motor and the motion characteristics of the beam.The results show:the maximum deformation of the beam structure in the process of movement is 12.5μm,within the allowable range of deformation requirements.It realizes the topological optimization design and structural improvement of the beam based on the orthogonal penalty material density method(SIMP),reduces the quality of the new structure by 8.2%,the maximum deformation of the beam structure is about 9.4μm,mees its use requirements and lightweight requirements.It verifies the rationality of the topology optimization and provides a basis for further structural design of the beam.
