摘要
掘进机铲板是掘进机的重要构件,在掘进机工作时铲板所处的工况复杂多变,常承受较大的工作载荷。从研究铲板工况入手,通过三维建模,利用Inventor对铲板进行有限元受力分析及其振动频率模态分析,得出了铲板在正常工作情况下的载荷分布、最大应力、应变分布情况和应力集中部位,同时得出了其前5阶模态频率。可为后续产品的结构设计、制造加工工艺的制定以及防止铲板共振提供参考。
Shovel board is an important component of the heading machine,and in complex and high load condition during the tunneling. It analyzes the shovel board based on the working condition,establishes three-dimensional modeling in Inventor platform,realizes the static analysis and modal analysis,obtains the stress and strain distribution of the shovel board at the maximum force working condition and the first 5 modes frequency. The simulation provides the guidance to improve design of the product structure and the manufacturing process,the reference to prevent the shovel board resonance.
