摘要
设计了一种适用于空间材料科学实验旋转运动的自动解锁装置,完成了其关键零部件的设计和校核,并对解锁装置进行了解锁实验。实验结果表明:该自动解锁装置只需提供2.1N·m的解锁力矩即可解锁。
It introduces the automatic unlock devices suitable for rotary motion of space materials science experiment,describes the emphatically design and check of component and the separation test for the unlock devices.The result indicates that the design scheme is correct,the device can work reliably,the minimum unlocking torque is 2. 1 N·m. The design has certain reference for the similar product design.
