在新经济时代,以智能制造为代表的新一轮工业革命必将成为一种发展趋势。智能制造在本质上跟以往三次工业革命所创造的生产方式不同,其具有统一性与多元性。通过文献阅读查询的方法陈述了目前世界主要发达国家在智能制造领域所采取的战略措施与取得的进步,探讨了新经济工业时代产业革命升级所推动的智能制造的发展趋势,在此基础上分析了中国发展智能制造存在的问题并提出了一些建议,对中国智能制造的底层和上层建设具有一定的参考价值。

In the new economic era,the new industrial revolution,represented by intelligent manufacturing,will become a trend of development. Intelligent manufacturing is different from the previous three industrial revolutions in the way of production,and has the unity and diversity. Based on literature query method,it summarizes the world＇s major strategic measures taken by developed countries in the field of intelligent manufacturing and the progress of the new economic development trend of intelligent industrial era,analyzes the industrial revolution driven by the upgrading of manufacturing. Aiming at China＇s development of intelligent manufacturing problems,it puts forward some suggestions that has a certain reference value for Chinese intelligent manufacturing bottom and top of the building.
