摘要
采用MATALAB软件研究当输入轴匀速转动时三叉杆滑块式万向联轴器中其他构件的运动规律,数值分析结果表明:转角差、传动比、输出轴角加速度曲线相对于输入轴转角呈周期性变化;各运动性能参数对滑块回转半径、偏转角更为敏感一些;输出轴长度对运动参数的影响要小一些,滑块相对于三叉杆的运动不受输出轴长度的影响。因此三叉杆滑块式万向联轴器适合在小偏转角下工作,而且最好径向尺寸不要过大。
It simulates the kinematic properties of the tripod sliding universal joint with MATALAB software. The numerical results indicate that some kinematic parameters like output angle error,transmission ration and output shaft angle acceleration are periodic and have threefold frequencies with respect to input shaft. The kinematic properties are affected more by slider radius and joint angle than the length of output shaft. Furthermore,the length of output shaft nearly has no influence on the motion of slider to tripod. Therefore the tripod sliding universal joint had better be used with small joint angle and radial dimension.
