摘要
针对离散制造企业在质量追溯过程中存在的质量数据采集效率低、无法实现制造过程信息追溯等问题,通过设计基于RFID技术的质量数据采集方案,开发了一种基于B/S架构的质量追溯系统,实现了离散制造企业生产过程中质量数据的动态采集和产品质量追溯。
In order to meet the requirement for the process of quality traceability in discrete manufacturing enterprises,such as high efficiency of quality data collection and the traceability of manufacturing process,it develops a quality traceability system based on B/S model,designs the quality data acquisition scheme based on RFID technology. The developed prototype for quality traceability system can realizes the dynamic collection of quality data and quality traceability of product manufacturing process.
