摘要
为了提高弹丸命中目标的概率,提升战斗部的作战效能,基于单爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)战斗部更易命中、摧毁目标的优势设计了一种周向整体式多爆炸成型弹丸(MEFP)战斗部,即在战斗部外壳面沿圆周方向分层均匀布置药型罩,在爆炸载荷作用下药型罩翻转形成多束EFP,对周围空间目标进行毁伤。利用LS-DYNA软件,分析药型罩排列方式、排列层数以及MEFP战斗部起爆方式对MEFP成型及性能的影响。结果表明:交错式较平行式周向结构所形成子EFP的综合性能更好;随着药型罩排列层数的增加,所形成的子EFP速度也越大;线起爆方式比三点起爆方式所形成的子EFP轴向速度大。
In order to improve the probability of projectile hit the target and enhance the combat effectiveness of the warhead,it designs a circumferential overall MEFP warhead based on a single EFP character. The warhead shells the surface along the circumferential direction layer evenly arranged drug-type cover,forms a multi-bundle EFP in the explosive load under the effect of drug-type cover. It analyzes the effects of three factors on the shape and power performance of MEFP in LS-DYNA software,proposes the effects of three factors on the shape and power of MEFP. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the sub-EFP is better than that of the parallel-type circumferential structure. With the increase of the number of layers arranged in the drug-type hood,the higher the EFP velocity is. The resulting EFP axial velocity is large. This provides a certain guiding and theoretical basis for the design of the power of the air defense and anti-missile weapon system.
