摘要
以徐庄矿Ⅱ⑶下采区的28°上运大倾角带式输送机为研究对象,分析了输送机在大倾角和煤水分大条件下的运输问题,为解决不滑料、不滚料、稳定运行,提出了8个专项技术方案,对输送机的主要部件进行了选型计算,对于恶劣条件下的大倾角带式输送机的设计选型方案具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the upward 28° large-obliquity belt conveyor in downward mining areaII (3) of Xuzhuang Mine as the study object, the paper analyzed the transportation problems of the conveyor in the condition of large-obliquity and high moisture of coal. In order to realize stable operation without coal slipping and rolling, it proposed eight patented schemes, and conducted sizing calculation for main parts of the conveyor, which offered some reference for determining the design and sizing scheme of the large-obliquity belt conveyor in severe conditions.
