摘要弥散性血管内凝血（disseminated intravascular coagulation,DIC）是发生在多种疾病基础之上的临床病理综合征,一方面血液内凝血机制被弥散性激活,血管内广泛纤维蛋白沉着,导致组织和器官损伤;另一方面,凝血因子大量消耗引起全身性出血倾向。妊娠期妇女在生理性高凝状态基础之上,如并发胎盘早剥、羊水栓塞、感染、产后失血性休克等严重情况,极易诱发DIC。而且往往起病急、变化快、易发生严重休克,多器官功能衰竭,
