单核增生性李氏杆菌病研究进展

摘要 李氏杆病是一种重要的食源性人畜共患传染病,主要由单核增生性李氏杆菌引起单核细胞增多,该病呈世界性分布。文章通过对李氏杆菌的生化特性、致病机理、毒力有关基因功能及现有检测方法等方面的研究,来更深的了解李氏杆菌病,做好免疫预防工作。 Listeriosis is one of most important food-borne diseases of anthropozonosis,the listeria monocytogenes mainly cause monocytosis.It is worldwide distribution.We deeply realize the listeriosis and do well immune preventive by studing physiological biochemical characteristic,pathogenic mechanism,virulence genes related functions and detection method.
