摘要
依托新京高速公路内蒙临河-白疙瘩段,进行了1.5km试验路段铺设。在该地区高速公路的中面层施工中,根据当地气候寒冷条件,用90号基质沥青代替原设计的SBS改性90号沥青使用,并进行了沥青受压低温试验,发现在-20℃和-35℃两个温度下,SBS改性沥青与基质沥青相比,弹性模量偏高,而弹性模量是反映沥青低温"柔度"的重要性能标准。这为以后同类工程应用提供了一种新的思路。
On the Linhe to Baigeda section of the Beijing-Hangzhou Expressway in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,a 1.5 km long test road is constructed.When constrcting the intermediate layer,based on local cold climate,Grade-90 substrate asphalt is used to replace the originally designed SBS Grade-90 asphalt.The low temperature compression test is carried out,and it is found that under temperature-20℃ and-35℃,SBS Grade-90 binder has a higher stiffness modulus than Grade-90 binder,which exhibits the property of asphalt flexibility at low temperature,which may provide a new idea for the similar engineering application in future.
