摘要
针对PVA纤维水泥稳定碎石尚无严格的纤维拌和均匀性评价方法问题,用Image-Pro Plus中的AOI提取了不同状态的PVA纤维,结合数字图像处理技术及加权四边距标准差理论,选用拌和时间对PVA纤维水泥稳定碎石纤维拌和均匀性开展研究,得出了判断PVA纤维拌和均匀性的评价方法,并进行了试验结果分析。试验结果表明:PVA纤维加权四边距标准差可以对PVA纤维水泥稳定碎石纤维拌和均匀性进行评价。
There is no strict method for evaluation of fiber mixing uniformity in PVA fiber cement stabilized macadam,in the paper PVA fibers with different states are extracted from AOI in Image-Pro Plus.Combined with digital image processing technology and weighted four-margin standard deviation theory,the mixing time is used to study the uniformity of fiber in PVA fiber cement stabilized,the evaluation method of PVA fiber mixing uniformity is obtained,and the experimental results are analyzed.The test results show that the uniformity evaluation method can effectively detect the uniformity of fiber in PVA fiber cement stabilized macadam.
