摘要
为了解决我国西部高海拔山区公路在冬季的暗冰危害问题,克服既有融雪化冰技术的不足,制备了一种超疏水抗凝冰材料,实现雨水在路表呈球形而迅速排走,从而减小凝冰厚度及其与路面的附着力。通过对比试验,进行了抗凝冰材料的配方设计,并结合公路行驶性能的要求,完成了配方优化;最后系统地测试了超疏水抗凝冰材料的抗凝冰作用机制、使用寿命及抗滑性能。结果表明,超疏水通过自身的超疏水作用和密水功能实现抗凝冰的目的,与沥青路面有良好的黏结性能、抗老化性能及耐磨性,保障了其使用寿命;抗凝冰材料会导致非凝冰状态下路面的抗滑性略有下降,但能明显提高凝冰状态下路面的抗滑性,保障了高海拔山区的道路交通安全性。
In order to solve the road hazards caused by potential ice in high altitude mountainous and overcome the deficiencies of the existing deicing technology,a kind of super hydrophobic material is prepared to drain away the rain water on the road surface rapidly,which could achieve to reduce the ice thickness and the adhesion between the ice and pavement.The formulation design of anti-coagulation ice is optimized through contrast experiments combining with road performance requirements,and the service life and anti sliding performance and anti-coagulation mechanism are studied systematically.The results show that the purpose of anti-coagulation is achieved by the anticoagulant effect of super hydrophobic and water dense function.The good bonding properties of asphalt pavement,aging resistance and wear resistance guarantee the service life.Anticoagulant materials will cause skid resistance to descend of asphalt pavement surface under the condition of non-ice,but it can improve the skid resistance of asphalt pavement under the condition of ice,so the road traffic safety in high altitude mountain will be enhanced.
