摘要
为确定广州琶洲某230.5m超高层办公楼加强层的最佳布置方案,分别对加强层的竖向位置和数量、加强构件的平面布局、伸臂桁架(伸臂大梁)和腰桁架(腰梁)的结构形式,以及框架柱截面不同时对结构侧向刚度的影响程度进行详细分析,根据分析结果最终选择了仅在39层沿Y向设置两根钢筋混凝土伸臂大梁和两根整层高钢筋混凝土腰梁的加强层方案,具有提高侧向刚度效率高、施工方便及使用期免维护的优点。
In order to determine the best layout scheme of strengthened stories of a 230.5 m tall super high-rise office building in Pazhou of Guangzhou,detailed analyses were conducted on the influences on the structural lateral stiffness by several parameters including the vertical position and the quantity of the strengthened stories,the plane layout of the strengthened components,the structural forms of outrigger(cantilever beam) and waist truss(waist beam),and the cross sections of frame columns.Based on the results of the analysis,the strengthening story scheme was determined to set two reinforced concrete outrigger beams and two full-story-height reinforced concrete waist beams along Y direction only in 39 th story.This scheme has the advantages of high utilization efficiency of lateral stiffness,convenient construction and free maintenance in service stage.
