摘要
内蒙古美术馆是一栋有多个不规则项、使用功能要求高的复杂超限高层建筑。采用PMSAP和MIDAS Gen软件进行结构在多遇地震作用下的反应谱整体分析,并采用弹性时程分析法对其进行补充;针对穿层柱,分别建立含夹层的模型和不含夹层的模型来考察夹层对穿层柱地震剪力的影响;对结构主要构件进行了中震、大震等效弹性分析,同时对连梁、框架柱、核心筒剪力墙进行了罕遇地震下动力弹塑性时程分析,并在复杂连接区域采取在框架柱、核心筒内增设钢骨、提高核心筒底部加强区配筋率等措施来提高构件延性。结果表明,本工程结构具有足够的抗震能力和抗倒塌能力,能够满足抗震设防要求。
Inner Mongolia Art Museum is a complicated out-of-code high-rise structure with many irregularities and high function requirements.The PMSAP and MIDAS Gen software were used to conduct the response spectrum holistic analysis of the structure subjected to frequent earthquakes and elastic time-history analysis was conducted to supplement.For the stratified column,models with and without interlayers were established respectively to study the influence of interlayer on seismic shear force of stratified columns.Equivalent elastic analysis of the main components of the structure was carried out under fortification and rare earthquakes.The dynamic elasto-plastic time-history analysis was conducted on the coupled beams,frame columns and corewall shear walls under rare earthquakes.Measures were taken to improve component ductility in the complex connection area by setting steel components in frame column and corewall,and increasing reinforcement rate in bottom reinforcement area of corewall.The results show that the structure of this project has enough seismic capacity and anti-collapse ability,which can meet the seismic fortification requirements.
