摘要
宁夏卫海财富大厦设计之初面临扭转严重、多遇地震下结构层间位移角超标等问题。采用同时安装屈曲支撑、普通支撑和黏滞阻尼器的组合应用消能减震方案,并进行反应谱计算和弹性及弹塑性时程计算。计算表明,多遇地震时通过发挥支撑的刚度调整功能和黏滞阻尼器的耗能功能,较好地解决了前述问题;罕遇地震时同时发挥屈曲支撑和黏滞阻尼器的耗能功能,较好地保护了主体结构,实现了设计目的。该方案及其设计实现过程,对框剪结构消能减震设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
Facing design difficulty such as severe torsion,excessive displacement angle,and so on,the designer of Ningxia Weihai Fortune Tower adopts composite shock absorption scheme which suggest configuring of common brace,buckling-restrained brace and viscous damper simultaneously.And response spectrum calculation,elastic and elasto-plastic time history calculation were carried out.According to the calculation results,the above problems are solved by fully playing the stiffness-adjusting capability of braces and energy dissipation capability of dampers under frequent earthquake.And through playing energy dissipation capability of buckling-restrained braces and dampers under rare earthquake,the main structure is protected properly as expected.The scheme and the design procedure is of certain reference value to the design of the frame-shear wall structure.
