摘要
互联网药店法律治理体系权威性不足、治理内容缺失、治理机制滞后,消费者的权益救济不力,是我国互联网药店法律治理面临的突出问题。介绍美国互联网药店法律治理经验。需通过完善互联网药品经营治理法律体系、革新法律治理理念、创新法律治理方式、加强行业自律、明确执业药师职责、重视消费者的权益保护等多种途径来建构完善我国的互联网药店法律治理机制。
The legal governance system on Internet drugstores in China is facing some outstanding problems, such as insuffi- cient authority, incomplete governance content, lagging governance mechanism and poor relief on consnmers＇ rights and interests. The experiences of Internet pharmacies in the United States were studied. It is suggested to perfect the legal system of Internet drug management, update the concept of legal governance, innovative governance patterns, strengthen the industry self- disci- pline, clarify the duties of licensed pharmacists, and value the protection of consumers＇ rights and interests for the construction of legal governance mechanism of Internet drugstore in China.
