海水淡化在海岛应用的工程案例 被引量:5

摘要 以三沙市海水淡化工程为例,其产水量为1 000 m^3/d,预处理部分由斜管沉淀池、管道过滤器组成,深度处理采用了PVDF管式超滤、RO系统的组合。该设备在运行的一年多时间里,处理效果稳定,出水水质达到了《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。由于采用了能量回收系统,使得膜法海水淡化技术具有了一定的经济效益和社会效益。 The desalination project with the treatment capacity of 1 000 m3/d in Sansha City was introduced as a case. The pretreatment is composed of inclined tube sedimentation tank and pipeline filter, while the advanced treatment adopts combined process of PVDF tube ultrafiltration and RO system. Through over one-year operation, the effluent could stably reach Standards for Drinking Water Quality (GB 5749 -2006) and energy recovery system is also adopted, which makes the membrane desalination technology more economic and social benefits.
