摘要
根据2012—2015年面板数据,建立基于数据包络分析方法的BCC模型和Malmquist指数法的DEA-Tobit模型,研究我国丝绸之路经济带沿线地区创新效率及其影响因素。研究发现:丝绸之路经济带沿线地区创新效率距前沿面存在一定差距,规模技术效率较低是制约综合效率提高的主要因素;创新效率Malmquist指数呈现逐年下降趋势,技术退步是制约全要素生产率提高的主要因素;环境因素中的硬件环境、经济环境、人文环境和创业环境对创新效率有显著正向影响,市场环境对创新效率有显著负向影响。基于研究结论,提出提升我国丝绸之路经济带创新效率的建议。
This paper, by adopting panel data in 2012-2015 years, studies innovation efficiency and influence factors of the silk road economic belt in China by using DEA-Tobit model based on BCC model and Malmquist index. The result shows that: innovation efficiency still has a certain gap from frontier and the low level of scale technology efficiency is the main factor restricting the enhance of efficiency. Maknquist index of innovation efficiency showed a trend of declining and technology retrogression is the main factor of restricting the enhance of total factor productivity, hardware, economic, cultural and business environment have a positive influence on innovation efficiency but market environment has a negative influence on innovation efficiency. This paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the innovation efficiency of the silk road economic belt in China based on research conclusions.
