摘要
基于压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型,运用文献频度统计法构建京津冀生态文明发展水平测度指标体系;运用主客观相结合的综合集成赋权法确定各指标权重,引入协调度函数分析各子系统的协调度,进一步测算变异系数、基尼系数和系数3种统计指标值进行差异性分析;最后从综合、各子系统、协调度、差异性4个角度评价分析2010—2015年京津冀生态文明发展水平变化情况并提出相应对策建议。
Based on the pressure-state-response model (PSR) and literature frequency statistics method, the paper builds the measure index system of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region ecological civilization development level. The paper uses the combination of subjective and objective comprehensive integration methods to determine the index weight and introduce the evaluation analysis on the coordination degree function of each subsystem coordination degree. Then the paper carries out the difference analysis by measuring three statistical indexes including variation coefficient, gini coefficient and δ coefficient. Finally from the angle of the comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation of each subsystem, coordination degree, and variance, the paper evaluates and analyzes the change of the ecological civilization development level of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region(2010-2015), and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
