高技术产业研发创新与非研发创新的异质门槛效应研究 被引量:14

摘要 考虑中国创新基础薄弱和创新禀赋地区异质性的情境下的创新模式,利用高技术产业2005~2014年省际面板数据,以地区创新水平为门槛变量,通过构建面板门槛回归模型,实证考察了研发创新和非研发创新与创新绩效之间更为复杂的"门槛效应"特征。研究表明:各地区研发创新整体上对创新绩效存在显著的正向促进作用,而对非研发创新则存在一定的负向影响。其中,当地区创新水平门槛较低时,研发创新的正向作用相对较小,非研发创新的负向影响相对较大;随着地区创新水平的门槛不断升高,研发创新正向效应增强,非研发创新负面影响减小。 We consider the characteristics of innovation paradigm in the context of weak innovation foundation and the uneven distribution of innovation resources in China,and empirically test the complex relationship among RD,non-RD and innovation performance under the influence of regional innovation level based on a panel data of China's high-tech industries in 30 provinces during 2005-2014,then reveal the nonlinear mechanism of RD and non-RD by using panel threshold regression model of Hansen.The result shows that RD has a significant positive effect on innovation performance in all regions,while there are some negative effects on the innovation performance of non-RD.Among them,when the threshold level of regional innovation is lower,the positive effect of RD is relatively smaller,while the negative effect of non-RD is relatively bigger,and with the threshold level of regional innovation rising,RD is more positive for innovation performance,and the negative impact of non-RD on innovation performance becomes smaller.
