摘要
运用2007~2014年中国大陆30个省市地区面板数据,探究R&D人员流动对区域创新绩效的影响。通过拓展引力模型对R&D人员流动进行测度,发现R&D人员的流动在不同地区间存在着显著差异,且发生了对流现象;在知识生产函数的基础上,考虑区域创新绩效的空间相关性,建立空间计量模型,考察R&D人员流动对区域创新绩效的影响。研究发现:R&D人员的流动与区域创新绩效间具有显著的相关关系,R&D人员的流入与区域创新绩效正相关,而R&D人员的流出与区域创新绩效负相关,R&D人员流入效应整体强于R&D人员流出效应;且中国东部地区主要以R&D人员正向的流入效应为主,而中西部地区R&D人员负向的流出效应更加明显。
Using the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2007 to 2014, this study explored the impact of R&D personnel flow on regional innovation performance. Firstly, by expan- ding the gravity model to measure the flow of R&D personnel, it indicates that the inflow and outflow of R&D personnel indicate significant differences among different regions; then based on the knowledge production function, considering the spatial correlation, this study established a spatial lag model and a spatial error model to investigate the influence of R&D personnel flow. The main conclusions include: there is a significant correlation between the mobility of R&D personnel and regional innovation performance; R&D personnel inflow and regional innovation performance positively correlates, while the outflow is negatively correlated with it, and the influence generated by the inflow is stronger than the spillover effect; and in eastern region, the positive R&D personnel inflow effect is more obvious, while in the midwest, the negative effect of the outflow is more prominent.
