摘要
发酵饲料气味酸香，质地松软，适口性好，营养价值高，能提高猪的采食量及饲料的利用率．并能助力生猪养殖的转型升级。近年来发酵饲料在猪生产中的应用得到了广泛的关注，本文就发酵饲料在母猪、断奶仔猪和肥育猪的应用现状及进展进行综述，为饲料发酵技术的推广提供理论参考。
Fermented feed has a sweet taste of sour, soft texture, good palatability and high nutritional value, which can improve pig feed intake and feed utilization, and help transform and upgrade pig breeding. The application of fermented feed in pig production has been widely con- cerned in recent years. In this paper, the application status and research progress of fermented feed in sows, weaned piglets and finishing pigs are reviewed, providing a theoretical reference for the promotion of feed fermentation technoloa~.
