乳酸菌固态发酵高生物活性饲料添加剂的工艺优化

摘要 本研究以粪肠球菌HES201、HES204和HES208为初始发酵菌株,对豆粕玉米麸皮混合物进行固态发酵。以发酵产物中小肽含量为检测指标。对混合菌发酵豆粕玉米麸皮混合物制备高生物活性饲料添加剂进行了工艺优化。以HES208为发酵菌种,经过正交试验优化后.确定的固体发酵工艺为料水比为1:0.6,接种量为8%,350C发酵60h,该条件下发酵产物中HES208的小肽含量为17.8%,有效活茵数分别为20.2×108 CFU/g。其中,有效活菌数比初始发酵条件提高了39.3%,小肽含量提高了34.8%。 In this paper, the auther screened the Lactobacillus strains suitable for solid state fermentation of high bioactive feed additive, composed by soybean meal, corn, bran, and optimized the fermentation condition, with the small peptide content of fermentation product as detection parameters, and effect viable count was deteced to prepare for fermentation high bioactive feed addi- tive.The result showed that HES-208 had the best fermentation effect of solid state materials.The optimum conditions of orthogonal experiment were exactly as follows: the ratio of material to water fermented solid material l:0.6,inoculum size of HES-208 7%, fermentation temperature 35℃, fermentation time 6Oh, the small peptides content of fermentation product could reach 17.8%, which was 34.8% more than that under the conditions before fermented,the effect viable count of fermentation product could reach 20.2× 108 CFU/g, which was 39.3% more than that.
