宽窄巷子历史街区边缘地带改造策略

The Reconstruction Strategy of the Historical Districts of Edge of the Kuanzhai Alley

历史街区边缘地带是指位于街区建设控制地带内且紧邻核心保护范围周边的区域。城市开发建设过程中，时常会面临这一区域改造问题。由于受到历史街区核心保护区和建设控制区的双重影响，这一地带具有不同于城市其他区域的特性，其空间形态既要考虑周边建控区的发展要求，也应考虑传统历史街区的保护更新。本文以宽窄巷子历史街区井巷子改造实施规划为例，从历史文化、空间环境、交通功能等方面提出改造策略，使街区边缘地带有效地融入街区建控区与核心保护区。

The edge of the historical district is the area, which located in block construction control area and close to the neighborhood of the core protection area. In the process of urban development and construction, it is often faced with the problem of regional reconstruction. Due to the double effect from core protection area of historic district and construction control area, this zone has different characteristics from other regions of the city. Both development demands from surrounding construction area and protection renew of traditional historic district should be considered into its spatial form. This research takes the reconstruction and implementary plan of historic districts of edge of the Kuanzhai Alley as an example, that puts forward the reconstruction strategy from the historical culture, space environment and traffic function aspects, to integrate the edge into construction control area and core protection area.
