摘要
为了探索六安双龙机床厂墓葬出土西汉黑陶的呈色机理,利用现代科技分析手段对黑陶的黑色物质进行物相分析、显微观察和成分分析。拉曼光谱结果显示黑色物质是无定形碳;SEM显示黑色物质均匀覆盖在胎体表面,其颗粒大小为3μm左右,属于炭黑颗粒;能谱分析显示碳元素分布较为均匀;红外光谱检测出黑色层中含有生漆成分。综合分析显示黑陶样品的呈色机理是:胎体表面被均匀地涂饰了一层由生漆和炭黑构成的黑色物质。该研究对探讨黑陶呈色机理具有重要意义,对了解黑陶制作工艺的发展有一定的补充作用。
Several experimental methods including Raman,scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive spectroscopy and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy were used to analyze the two black potteries of the Western Han Dynasty excavated from the tombs in the Shuanglong District of Lu’an.We found that the black layer was applied evenly on the outer surface of the pottery body.The black layer was made from carbon black and raw lacquer.The results are important for the understanding of the craftsmanship of black pottery.
