摘要
研究平胃散对葡萄糖酵解途径的影响。方法:SPF大鼠雌雄各半,按体质量分层随机分为空白组,模型组,自然恢复组,平胃散20%乙醇提取物高、低剂量组,平胃散50%乙醇提取物高、低剂量组,平胃散95%乙醇提取物高、低剂量组,平胃散正丁醇提取物高、低剂量组,平胃散乙酸乙酯提取物高、低剂量组,平胃散水提取物高、低剂量组,每组10只。建立湿阻中焦证大鼠模型,检测各组大鼠血清中葡萄糖含量、肝脏中丙酮酸(PEP)的含量、丙酮酸激酶(PK)的活性。结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠血清中葡萄糖含量较高(P<0.01),肝脏丙酮酸的含量偏高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肝脏丙酮酸激酶活力升高(P<0.01)。经平胃散治疗后相较于空白组和自然恢复组血清中葡萄糖含量均有所下降,肝脏丙酮酸含量及肝脏丙酮酸激酶活力均有上升(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:平胃散可能影响糖酵解途径中血清葡萄糖含量、肝脏中PEP含量及PK活性,且通过不同方法提取的平胃散进行试验检测,各组的葡萄糖、PEP含量及PK活性也存在差异。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Pingwei powder on the glycolytic pathway. Methods:Specific pathogen - free rats with a male/female ratio of 1 : 1 were stratified by body weight and then randomly divided into blank group, model group, natural recovery group ,high- and low -dose 20% alcohol extract groups, high - and low -dose 50% alcohol ex- tract groups,high - and low - dose 95% alcohol extract groups, high - and low - dosen - butyl alcohol extract groups, high- and low- dose ethyl acetate extract groups,and high - and low -dose water extract groups,with 10 rats in each group. A rat model of damp obstruction in the middle energizer was established, and the content of glucose in serum, the content of phosphoenolpyruvic acid (PEP) in the liver, and the activity of pyruvate kinase (PK) were measured for all rats. Results : Compared with the blank control group, the model group had significantly higher content of glucose in serum (P 〈0.01 ) ,higher content of PEP in the liver (P 〉 0. 05 ), and a significant increase in the activity of PK in the liver (P 〈0.01 ). Compared with the blank group and the natural recovery group,the Pingwei powder groups had a significant reduction in the content of glucose in serum and a significant increase in the content of PEP and the activity of PK in the liver ( P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Pingwei powder can regulate the content of glucose in serum and the content of PEP and activity of PK in the liver in the glycolytic pathway. There are differences in the content of glucose and PEP and the activity of PK between groups treated with different extracts of Pingwei powder.
