Speed Induction Control for Diesel of Hydraulic Excavator

摘要 液压挖掘机动力控制系统是柴油机、泵和液压系统的联合控制系统,应用转速感应控制可防止系统过载和充分发挥柴油机功率,提高整机性能。作者提出一种柴油机转速感应控制的控制模型,并在挖掘机器人上予以验证,通过实验结果进一步分析了其对挖掘机性能的影响。 The power-controlled system for hydraulic excavator is a combined control system which consists of diesel, pump and hydraulic system . An application of speed induction control to the system can prevent it from overloading and can bring the power of the diesel into full play, thus improving the property of the whole machine. The paper puts forward a control model of speed induction control for a diesel, which has been verfied by the robot of the institute, and the effect of the system on the property of a excavator is analyzed by means of experimental results.
