摘要
介绍了在矿井带式输送机的设计中,根据煤层赋存条件,运输巷布置为顶板煤巷,采用多点驱动方案降低带张力,从而达到以阻燃塑胶带替代钢绳芯胶带、降低滚筒相应的规格、减小传动装置的外形尺寸、减轻机架和滚筒重量的目的,同时也降低了带式输送机基础的设计难度。
In a desigh of belt conveyor in a mine, the haulage drift is arranged as a roof coal drift according to reserving condition of the coal, and a multiple driving high angle belt conveyor is used to reduce the tension of the belt, thus replacing steel core belt with fire retardant plastic adhesive belt, and reducing the overall dimensions of the drive and the weight of the frame and drum. Because the drift is a roof coal one, the resistance to pressure and the resistance to shear are very low, therefore, difficulty of design on a belt conveyor foundation can be reduced after using multiple driving.
