摘要
通过对矿山主排水泵性能测试,分析了水泵效率、管路效率、系统效率和吨水百米电耗,指出水泵运行中存在的问题及改进的措施,对不符合要求的水泵进行了技术改造,节电效果显著。
The author analyzes the efficiency of pumps, pipeline and system and system and its power consumption per ton water by means of the performance test of main drainage pump of a mine, points out existing problems during operating, puts forward improving measures, and improves the pumps which can't meet the demands. The results show that the improvement achieves obviously energy-saving effect.
