摘要
该文利用有限时域差分法,基于线阵排列的多缝设计了一款等效的表面等离透镜。该透镜在0~90o的线偏振光的照射下都可以在相同的位置获得聚焦。理论分析和数值模拟给出了相应的证明,通过不断改进矩形孔阵列之间的夹角,可以增强聚焦点的强度。
Based on the multi-slit array, an equivalent plasmonic lens is designed in this paper. We use the method of finite difference time domain solution(FDTD Solution) to verify our conception. The lens can get focusing at the same position with 0 to90 olinearly polarization light. Theoretical analysis and numerical simulation give the corresponding proof. And the intensity of the focus spot will increase by continuously adjusting the angle between the rectangular array of holes.
