摘要
为了在动力电池制造过程中自动远程监测真空烘箱的温度和真空度,提出了一种基于ZigBee-WiFi的无线通信网关。该网关采用无线ZigBee模块CC2530作为核心芯片,在车间完成机器联网和生产数据采集,使用WiFi无线模块ESP8266把生产数据推送至云服务器,并通过远程客户端实时监控生产数据和异常预警。通过测试验证该无线通信网关具有功耗低、传输稳定可靠的特点,可以满足动力电池制造等生产活动中远程数据传输和监测的需求。
In order to automatically monitor and control the temperature and vacuum degree of the vacuum oven in the process of power battery manufacturing, this paper designed a wireless communication system based on ZigBee-WiFi gateway. The system uses the wireless ZigBee module CC2530 as the core chip, completes the machine networking and production data acquisition in the workshop, uses the WiFi wireless module ESP8266 to push the production data to the Cloud server, and real-timely monitors the production data and abnormal early warning through remote clients. Through the test, the wireless communication gateway has the characteristics of low power consumption and stable transmission, and can meet the requirements of remote data transmission and monitoring in production activities such as power battery manufacturing.
