PP纤维固载材料的制备及其对多酚的吸附研究

摘要 利用自制的光活性叠氮氯醋树脂,经UV光固定技术将明胶分子固定于高分子基材PP纤维表面,并将所合成的PP纤维固载材料用于水溶液中单宁多酚的吸附脱出。分别使用FTIR红外光谱法、电镜分析法对叠氮氯醋树脂、PP纤维固载材料及吸附后样品进行表征。结果表明,单宁多酚的吸附脱出效果显著。 Gelatin molecular was immobilized onto the PP fabric,with vinyl chloride-acetate azides we have prepared ourselves as photolinker assisted by UV radiation.The material we prepared was used in adsorpting tannin polyphenols from aqueous solution.The vinyl chloride-acetate azides,the gelatin immobilized on PP fabric and their adsorbed tannin acid sample were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the modified material had good tannin polyphenols adsorption performance.
