不动产登记业务数据在发展过程中具有混合型、离散性、数据量大、质量参差不齐的特点,整合不动产登记数据,是建立不动产统一登记制度的重要内容和前提。文中分析了不动产业务现状、数据现状,整理现有不动产登记数据资源体系,提出数据整合思路及流程,探讨实现整合的关键技术、具体方法。为各地不动产统一登记数据互通,资源共享提供参考与借鉴。

The registration of real estate business data had the characteristics of mixed type, discrete, large amount of data, quality uneven in the development process, the integration of real estate data was the important content and the premise to establish the unified registration system of real estate. In the paper, the present situation of real estate business and data were analyzed, the existing data resources system of real estate registration was sorted out, and ideas and process of data integration were put forward, the key technology and specific methods to realize the integration were discussed providing the reference for data exchange and resource sharing in uniform registration of real estate at each regions.
