Optimization of coal separation processes through study of coal property and adjustment of product mix according to diversified market demands

分析了原煤与商品煤的特性,基于原煤的可选性以及灰分、水分对发热量的影响,通过优化选煤工艺,发挥设备优良的性能及自动化优势来提高分选精度,生产出不同特性的产品;发挥分级分质优势,细化煤种产品,以提高配煤的灵活性,满足商品煤指标,达到提高生产效率及经济效益的目的。

An analysis is made in the paper of the characteristics of raw coal and saleable coal and the washability of the former, as well as the effect of ash and moisture of clean coal on its calorific value. It is aimed to enhance the coal separation sharpness through adoption of optimized coal separation system and by making most of the good performance of the process equipment, so as to make it possible to produce various kinds of saleable coal products of different properties, enhance coal blending flexibility through fine coal grading according to quality and assortment of product mix. The adoption of these measures can enable the saleable coal to meet the required specifications and lead to higher coal production efficiency and improved economic result.
