The university library must develop innovative organization and management to cope with new service requirements.According to Ithaka S＋R＇s report on the organization work of university library,we could see many new developments of university library on aspects of organization structure,organization strategy,organization culture,organization function and organization technology.Therefore,we must make great efforts to innovate the management of university library to cope with the new development trend.
