摘要
通过数值模拟的方法,介绍了一种用于燃煤锅炉脱硝系统的飞灰分离装置,分析结果和实际应用情况表明,该装置对于烟气中的大颗粒飞灰具有良好的分离作用,有效解决了大颗粒飞灰对脱硝反应器内催化剂的堵塞磨损问题。
By means of numerical simulation, the paper introduced a fly ash separating device used in coal-fired boiler denitration system, the analysis result and practical application show that the device has a good separation effect with the large particle fly ash in flue gas, and effectively solves the blockage and wear problem of the catalyst in the denitrification reactor by the large particle fly ash.
