本文分析了某锅炉上部水平低温过热器角板的结构特点,确定角板合理的排样形式,使设计的冲模结构更具合理性。解决了模具冲制角板过程应力集中、寿命低的问题。
Analysis of the structure characteristics of low temperature superheater of er upper structure The life angle plate, the reasonable layout of angle plate is determined, makes a horizontal boil- the design of die more reasonable. The stress concentration problem of die in blanking process is solved. of the die is obviously improved.
