摘要
为确定沿海集装箱港区集疏运道路立交节点建设时机,本研究通过构建集疏运道路节点交通量预测仿真模型,分析港区吞吐量与集疏运道路各节点交通量的关系,将交通量预测结果作为集疏运道路节点微观仿真模型的输入,输出各节点的车辆平均延误时间、最大排队长度以及服务水平等指标,对比各节点在不同建设时机决策下的指标值,确定港区集疏运道路立交节点的建设时机,为有效缓解交叉节点车辆拥堵、提高集疏运车辆通行效率提供理论依据。
In order to determine proper occasion of constructing overpass joints in the transport system of coastal container harbor, a simulation model has been built to forecast the traffic volume at the above joints, analyze the relationship between the throughput capacity of harbor and the traffic volume at the road joints. The traffic volume forecast results serve as input data and the micro-simulation model outputs such indexes as average delay time for the vehicles at different joints, the maximum length of vehicle queue and service level etc. The construction occasion of overpass joints in the harbor transportation can be determined by comparing the joint indexes under different construction-occasion policies. This research result provides a theoretical basis for alleviating traffic congestion at interchange joints and improving the traffic efficiency of the port transport system.
