摘要
国内已建翻车机房围护工程主体及截渗结构均采用钢筋混凝土地连墙,本工程所在工程区域岩面埋藏较浅、地基土渗透系数大,地连墙的入岩深度大、造价高、工期长,截渗设计中首次采用了地连墙与高压帷幕灌浆相结合的设计方案;本工程还对定位车、铁路基础进行了优化设计,优化后的结构受力合理、整体性好、造价低;通过设计优化,围护结构型式及施工工艺有了突破,降低了施工难度、缩短了工期,定位车及铁路的结构设计更为合理,经济、效益显著,可供今后类似工程借鉴。
Diaphragm reinforced concrete wall serves as the buiding enclosure of car dumper shed and impermeable structure in China. the project site is characterized with shallowly deposited rock, foundation soil with high permeability coefficient, deeply rock-embedded diaphragm wall, which lead to high cost and long construction period, the combination of diaphragm concrete wall and high-pressure curtain grouting is firstly used in the design of impermeable structure. In addition, the design of locating vehicle and railway foundation is also optimized in this project,the optimum structure has the advantages of rational stress, low cost and good integrality. The style of building enclosure and construction technology are improved through the optimum design, which shall lower the construction difficulty, shorten the construction period and produce more resonable and economical design of the locating vehicle and railway foundation with remarkable benefit. The project experiences may provide references for similar projects.
