钢管柱混凝土顶升施工工艺在码头工程中的应用

摘要 钢管柱混凝土顶升施工工艺是利用混凝土输送泵的泵送压力将自密实微膨胀混凝土从钢管柱底部开孔灌入,使混凝土充满整根钢管柱的一种混凝土浇筑工艺。此工艺在施工质量、安全管理、进度控制、费用控制等方面均优于传统工艺。本文主要就混凝土配合比设计,混凝土输送泵选择,主要施工方法及综合效益等方面进行分析总结。 The lift-up technology of concrete-filled steel tubular column is a kind of concrete pouring method. The pressure of the concrete conveying pump pushes self-compacting micro-expansion concrete into the hole at the bottom of steel tubular column until the whole steel tubular column is fully filled with concrete. This technology is superior to the traditional technology from the aspects of construction quality, safe management, progress control and cost control. The design of concrete mix proportion, selection of concrete delivery pump, major construction methods and integral benefit are analyzed and summarized.
