摘要 目的:探讨高校教师心理健康状态类型。方法:便利选取217名高校教师,用SCL-90量表及主观幸福感量表进行问卷调查。结果:217名高校教师SCL-90量表总分(114.39±19.88)分,最低92分,最高176分。主观幸福感总分(88.75±11.51)分,最低50分,最高115分。其中高水平组105人(48.39%),中水平组111人(51.15%),低水平组1人(0.46%)。愁善型1人,占0.46%;大众型12人,占5.53%;奋战型3人,占1.38%;满足型98人,占45.16%;巅峰型103人,占47.47%。结论:高校教师心理健康状态良好。九种类型心理状态模型从心理问题和心理健康两方面综合评判教师心理状态,为全面评价心理健康提供了新思路。 Objective:To investigate the type of mental health among university teachers.Methods:A cross-section study was conducted in 217 university teachers with SCL-90 and SWBS-CC20 by using convenience sampling.To classify the type of mental health among university teachers according to the nine-type model of mental health.Results:The total score of SCL-90 in university teachers was(114.39 ± 19.88) score with the maximum of 176 and the minimum of 92.The total score of SWBS-CC20 was(88.75 ± 11.51) score with the maximum of 115 and the minimum of 50.Of all the teachers,105 teachers(48.39%) had high level of SWBS,111 teachers(51.15%) had moderate level of SWBS,and 1 teachers(0.46%) had low level of SWBS.The number of floundering type,hovering type,struggling type and languishing type was 0.1 teacher(0.46%) was belonged to sentimental type,12 teachers(5.53%) were belonged to popular type,3 teachers(1.38%) were belonged to striving type,98 teachers(45.16%) were belonged to contented type and103 teachers(47.47%) were belonged to flourishing type.Conclusion:The status of mental health in university teachers is good.The nine-type model of mental health evaluates the mental health from mental problem and mental health and it can provide the new idea for the evaluation on the mental health.
